Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Google Checkout PayPal Personal and business checks drawn on U.S. funds U.S. Postal Money Orders in U.S. dollars We do not accept COD orders.
Credit Card Orders: Shipping address must be on file and confirmed by credit card issuer, except for American Express orders, which must be shipped to the billing address only.
Shipping: All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, except where noted (some models will be shipped via Truck Freight, due to their size and/or weight). Full insurance is included in all shipments. If the item has “FREE SHIPPING” then the item will have full insurance. Tracking number(s) will be provided by E-mail by the end of the business day (8PM EST).
If an address change is needed, the customer will be responsible for the re-consignment fee.
Parcel fee is $50
Freight fee is $150
Checks & Money Orders: Checks/money orders should be made out to: Z-Line Kitchen and Bath LLC 916 Delaware Ave., Marysville, OH 43040.
The following information must be included with all mail-order payments:
Item model and size
Mounting type: Island mount or Wall mount Shipping address (not a PO Box) Contact information (including E-mail address and phone)
Processing and clearing time applies to all checks and money orders. Items will be shipped and tracking number(s) provided by E-mail as soon as the payment is cleared.
We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will work with private parties/shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc) if pre-arranged by the customer. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.
*Orders shipped to zip codes 100## – 119## (New York), 200## – 205## (Washington DC) & 025## – 026## (Massachusetts) are subject to a freight shipping fee of $196 due to handling fees in those zips for large packages.
